Refund and Returns Policy

At ALCHION Labs, we take quality and order accuracy seriously. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Research Use Only

All products sold by ALCHION Labs are intended for laboratory and research use only and are not for human consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified party and will use products strictly for research purposes.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict quality control, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of shipped products.

Order Issues and Replacements

If your order arrives with an issue, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any of the following occur:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your order is missing an item

  • The package appears to have been compromised during transit

When you contact us, include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, including the shipping label (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Shipping Problems and Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier and delivery location first.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, contact us and we will assist with the carrier claim process. Refunds or reshipments may depend on carrier confirmation.

Cancellations and Address Changes

If you need to cancel an order or update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refused or Returned to Sender Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, we may be able to reship it. Reshipping fees may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days.
